About

The Central Coast Biological Society brings together biologists from across San Luis Obispo County and California’s Central Coast to stay current on local research and connect with colleagues. Students, academics, professionals, government scientists, and curious naturalists are all welcome. Since 1986, we’ve hosted original scientific talks three times a year, typically organized around a theme with two speakers per meeting. We gather in fall, winter, and spring at Humdinger Brewing in San Luis Obispo.
